Shipping

Every order is handled with care, packaged with love, and shipped in a timely manner. I do my absolute best to make sure your order is safely packaged. I want you to smile when you unwrap your goodies!

However, once the shipping carrier has your item, it’s quite literally out of my hands. Julicia Rose LLC cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage that occurs during shipping.

Returns

Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork, including handpainted ornaments and paintings, are final. Every order is handled with care, packaged with love, and shipped in a timely manner.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Digital products are delivered immediately via email and you can access, download, and save digital products to your device right away.

Prints

If you wish to return a print, a restocking fee amounting to 20% of the print cost will be applied.

Alternatively, I am happy to exchange a print for you, but please note that the restocking fee for the original print will still be applied, as I print to order. Print returns must be made no later than 7 days after you’ve received your order.

Please return all prints in their original packaging. Damaged prints cannot be refunded or exchanged.
