Chop watermelon into small cubes. Add to blender.
Hull strawberries. You may choose to slice them in half if that makes them easier to fit in the blender. Tip those into the blender as well.
Add the juice of 1 lime to your blender.
Blend all ingredients together.
Taste for sweetness. Add honey or agave if desired (optional).
Pour the fruit mixture into the popsicle molds.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Once your popsicles have set (yay!), remove from the freezer and let sit on the counter for 2-3 minutes. Then, run warm water over the outside of the molds to make it easier to pop each one, careful not to get any water into the popsicles.
